Who we are

Snugpic is an independent product from Croatia (EU). You can reach us at support@snugpic.com.

The service

Snugpic resizes images, converts them to WebP and fits them into a file-size range. All processing happens in your own browser. Your images are never uploaded to us.

You can use Snugpic for free within the limits shown in the app. Snugpic Pro unlocks extra features, as listed on the pricing page.

Buying Pro

Pro is sold through Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Polar processes the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax, and issues your invoice. Polar's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. These terms apply to your use of Snugpic.

After paying you receive a licence key by email. It works in up to 3 browsers or devices at the same time. You can free a slot with "Deactivate on this device" in the app.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal linked in your purchase email. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. It gives Pro access for as long as Snugpic is offered, not for the buyer's lifetime. If we ever shut Snugpic down within 24 months of your Lifetime purchase, we will refund a share of the price for the unused part of those 24 months.

Your licence

• The licence is personal to the buyer, or to the buying company and its staff.
• Do not share, publish or resell licence keys, and do not try to get around the licence check.
• We may disable keys that are clearly shared publicly or obtained by fraud.

Your images

You keep all rights to your images. Because processing is local, we do not receive, store or see them. You are responsible for having the right to process the images you use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Snugpic available and correct, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or online. We may change or improve features. If we remove a feature that is central to Pro, you may cancel and ask for a refund for the unused period.

Liability

Snugpic is provided "as is". Please check results before publishing them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly by email.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes to paid plans apply from your next billing period.
